SeaNet group expands by acquiring Selmar

SeaNet Group, a top company in the naval engineering sector and leader in supplying compartmentalisation systems, has just finalised the purchase of Selmar srl.
Selmar srl, founded in 2006 and based in La Spezia, specialises in designing customised solutions for shipyards. In just a few years, the company has built up both its market niche and an excellent international reputation. This has been possible through its know-how, professionalism and skills within the sphere of naval supplies.

SeaNet Group has further enriched the range of products it offers clients through a new brand and its assets in terms of human resources, equipment and know-how. This move is part of the Group’s strategic development plan, the aim of which is to take the excellence of Italian engineering all over the world. SeaNet Group has the ability and technical skills to become a reference supplier for all the most important shipyards in the world due to its precision, quality and reliability.
